Heavy duty, precision design
It is a clamp with high clamping force and long service life. The handle weldment is made of stainless steel, heat treated to 800 - 1000 MPa. Clamp webs, tie rods and pins are made of nitrocement material and hardened to 60 HRC. All clamps are blackened. The clamp includes a long solid lever with holes for mounting shaped elements. The main application is for heavily stressed jigs for milling or welding, eg in the automotive industry..
